High Performance Insulation

Bellchester Community center, built in the 1920s, the building was frames with 2x6 walls, wood lap exterior siding and wainscoat wood interior. The wainscoat thin lath had many gaps and separations allowing wind and air to travel through the walls with ease, as you look at the photos you will see the foam has found it way to the inside of the building as easily as the cold and warm air would.

The building was being updated with replacement windows siding and insulation.

 Strawberry point Iowa

We recently had the opportunity to work on this grand old Victorian home located in Strawberry Point Iowa. The home is owned by Randy & Kim Willie owner of Key-Stone real estate . The home was meticulously renovated inside and out. Foam board and new vinyl siding was installed and still there were drafts in this century old home. We were contacted to take a look at this great home and to address this problem. It was discovered that sometime in the past the home had been insulated with a blown insulation but its effectiveness was lost some time ago. We installed injection foam to all of the exterior walls and to the old window weight boxes. Now this grand old beauty can continue to stand proudly on its hill and all of the open prairie winds will be kept outside as they should be.

 Rochester Minnesota

The two story home located in Rochester Minnesota is being completely remodeled and resold with proceeds going to Camp victory a Christian youth camp in Zumbro Falls Minnesota. Injection foam reaches all voids, please note the interior pictures and you will see where the foam has entered into the rim band between the first and second floors
